Rachael Praught Accepts Position as Vocational Rehabilitation Services Director

July 13, 2012 — Functional Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of a key member to our management team.

Rachael Praught, of Albertville, recently accepted the position of Vocational Rehabilitation Services Director at Functional Industries’ corporate office in Buffalo, MN.

As Vocational Rehabilitation Services Director, Praught will oversee Mental Health Services, Transition Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Organizational Employment Services (also referred to as Extended Employment) at Functional Industries.

Praught has over 9 years of experience working in the rehabilitation field as both a case manager and Director of Transition Services at Functional Industries, Inc. and received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Human Services from Edgewood College.

“I enjoy being challenged and having new experiences. The career growth I have been able to enjoy at Functional Industries, Inc. has provided me with a great deal of challenges and new experiences that satisfy my need to learn and expand,” said Praught.

In addition to her position at Functional Industries, Inc., Praught serves on the Autism Allies board of directors and belongs to the Community Transition Interagency Committee (CTIC) and PRIDE Transitions parent advisory committee.
